I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ommmango Wellness. I started going during my second trimester because I was dealing with a lot of pregnancy pain, and I kept going through my third trimester because it helped so much.

The prenatal acupuncture and massages made a huge difference. I always left feeling better, and over time my pain became much more manageable. But what really stood out was how kind, caring, and knowledgeable everyone was. They always took the time to check in with me, explain what they were doing, and made me feel completely comfortable.

This past Saturday truly amazed me. I went in with severe tendonitis in my foot, so inflamed and painful that I could barely walk. A few things to tell other prospects:

1) She couples the acupuncture with meditations to help you release the tension you are holding.
2) She caters the experience to you.
3) She will tell you things about your body and mindset that you never realized before.
4) She is not gentle with the needles, but she it is very direct and effective.

This place is just so lovely. I have been coming here regularly for about a year, which started out as a need for help with tension and muscle spasms in my back, and now I find myself a regular as this place and these people add so much to my life! I have had appointments with Gina (acupuncture), Rose (Reiki), and Chris (Massage) and I cannot recommend each enough. There is a lovely energy in the space. Everyone is a healer and truly wants the best for all who enter. They listen and provide feedback to take home with you. This has been both physical and mental health work for me.

I don’t want to write anything so long it’s not read, but specifically for my massage with Chris: I was hesitant at first, having a male masseuse, but trusted Gina with her recommendation – and I am so glad I did. The massages are amazing (I’ve had a few now…) and catered to my specific needs and issues. But the thing I was beyond surprised by was how comfortable I felt. Chris can target areas and rearrange the sheet for privacy in a magical way – hard to describe without just going and getting one, but honestly… Just get a massage with Chris. You will not regret it.

I do have an added benefit of coming here regularly so we are able to build on my progress, track the successes and target new milestones thereafter. I see Rose and Gina very often and while I’ve only schedule one Reiki session so far, I know that their energies and skillset are always helping me clear out negative energy, and get me back into my everyday life just a bit lighter, freer, and grounded within myself. I have true joy every time I come here, and I am constantly looking forward to my next appointment.

My weekly or bi-weekly acupuncture sessions at Ommango have changed my life. She was very pleasant. We chatted a bit after the session. My only issue is I was running a bit behind as parking was hard to find. She expressed to me how crucial it was for me to be on time but when I got there she was not quite ready for quite some time. My name is Michelle and I've been coming to Ommmango Wellness recieving acupuncture treatment for months now. I have been living with multiple ailments, living in pain. I have stage 4 endometriosis, so debilitating. I was taking so many otc pain relievers just to walk and get through the day. From the 1st session I felt a difference. I literally felt the pain leaving my body. Not only that, I had a very rare femoral tumor. It was removed last year. It left me with nerve damage. I have to wear braces to keep me steady on my feet. I came to Gina for acupuncture to help me with Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). I have been struggling with this for nearly two years. Every month for about 12 days I experience deep depression as a result of my PMDD.

I have been coming to her every two weeks. For the first time I went through my cycle with no depression. I felt great!

Additionally, I love that Gina talks to me prior to my session, every time we meet to see how I'm feeling in that present moment. Sometimes I may have a pain here or there and Gina will target my physical pain as well as my mental and emotional.
